Raw material management
We have mature raw material management system.The purchasing department select premium raw materials from qualified steel factories.Every batch of raw material have qualifed test report and tracking number.We have independent QC and professional laboratory to inspect and test material.Qualified materials will be stored in our warehouse.They will be used in method of FIFO.

Xinyu company have complete quality management system and excellent social responsibility.We passed ISO9001,IAFT16949 and TUV BSCI certificate.
Complete production mangement system and advanced equipments
LT clamps are produced strictly according to standard and customers’ requirements,reference standard:SAE J1508,SAE J1670,DIN3017,BS5315.
We will implement PAPP to process production,including PSW,process flow diagram,FMEA,IKC,control plan etc.
We have advanced smart and automatic production line to produce stable and relaible clamps to brand owners.The smart equipments will carry out production completely according to our process flow diagram.Every equipments have supervisors to check the quality.
Profesional R&D team
Our R&D can develop new products with customers.Samples can be made in very short time,the fastest time can be short to 1 or 2 days.We have enough professional engineers and CNC machine to develop and make moulds by ourselves.Two departments – production and technology -coordinate perfectly.So our samples are much shorter than others.

We have variety of packing solutions.Plastic box,plastic bag,blister packing,carton box,cover and tray carton,hanging bag,bulk with bar code,mix packing,paper bag and so on.
Pre-shipment inspection
All clamps are packed well.In order to make sure everything is same as customer’s requirements,our QC will make final Pre-shipment inspection.QC will check the packages,quantity,labels,marks etc.QC will open the packages again by random and take out the clamps from package and check carefully.
